Okay guys, we ran through some of those early questions a bit fast, so have just slowed the pace a little to catch back up.
That being said, next question!
When do regrets become unhealthy?

When do regrets become unhealthy?
When our regrets cripple our ability to associate with life again. Like when you're just stuck in the pass, you forget about the things in front of you and the things that are to come.

Yes @NutellaBuster I completely agree!Regrets become unhealthy once we can't let go of them or get over them... so once it starts to affect our present life in negative ways it creates a huge barrier in becoming confident to those daily challenges again.

When do regrets become unhealthy?
When we hold onto them too long and start to lose focus on the present and dwell on the past more.

- When have you allowed yourself to learn from your regrets? What have you learnt?
Regrets have taught me what to do or not to do in the future. And have also guided my decision making processes

When have you allowed yourself to learn from your regrets? What have you learnt?
When I was about 7, I lied to my dad in a car trip to school. He immediately caught me out. I felt so guilty, I never lied to him again, and I realized that lying isn't a good thing.
I used to tease a kid in junior school, then when I was in middle school at a different school, I got teased by a bunch of older guys. I learnt how bad it feels, felt very guilty about teasing the boy in junior school, and completely changed my behaviour

Do you guys think regrets are 'bad'?
Hmmm, not necessarily. They can hurt but I also think they can sometimes help you learn life lessons and allow you to grow as a person

I agree a regret can be quite a negative thing depending on who or what

The consequences might be temporary, sometimes permanent and in that sense they're bad, but like a few other people mentioned before they're definitely a learning experience.

Why do we have regrets?
Either I've: done something that I've later decided was not a good decision OR
Not taken an opportunity that I later thought I should have done.

We have regrets because we worry that we made the wrong choice but it's usually too late to change.

I think a regret is to feel left out many times! Because at the time we underestimate ourselves so much into believing we can't do something and once it's over we realise 'hey, I could've been great at that'- Mark as New

I think regrets are actions or experiences that we carry out or undertake, that later prove to be a bad decision. I think they're usually accompanied by feelings of irritation, guilt, shame, and possiblly embarrasment.

Hey there @Chrissyabd That's a great answer! I think you really summed up regrets well with that one.

Thanks! I also agree with the point you bought up eariler; that regrets are experiences that we usually don't forget very easily and we are reminded of them from time to time!

Hey guys!
What are regrets? I think they're another one of life's teaching tools.
What do they feel like? To me it feels like an old photo of something embarassing or sad, that shows up from time to time.

What are regrets? What do they feel like?
Ahh, so hard to define! Something you wish you had done but didn't. It feels like guilt, sadness, sometimes anger and annoyed at yourself

I think so @tsnyder - turning down an opportunity that you later believed you should have done. It's definitely a hard thing to define!
