they are always there for us, so this MONDAY we are going to have a lighthearted and fun chat about pets and everything related!

First question
1.Do you own a pet? If so what pets do you have and why?
Do I have pets?
YES indeedy! I have a beautiful budgie, a needy cat and two lovely puppies. One is a hyperactive, hungry kangaroo and the other is a lovely sook 😛

I do, I have 3 cats! Meow! 😄
I don't really know why a cat, but I've always had a cat or two growing up, we did have fish at one point but they died 😞 But cats are nice! I like their cuddles and purrs and playing with them 😛

i have dog because i love affectionate animals 🙂 i also have a cat because my sister wanted a cat hahaha but she is very cute ! my sister also has a fish because she loves them.
Um... just because? We have a cat because my brother and sister wanted another cat (we've had three beforehand) and brought one home and now she's become mine because my sister moved and then so did my brother.
The puppies are because we've always had two dogs since I was a baby. After one passed away we got another dog to keep ours company because he was sad 😞 and then we got another one (always just two) because... we've always had two? I don't really know.
And the bird is because BIRDS! 😛
@Bee your cats are so cute! (from other threads and pictures :P) they are the best cuddles. My kitty lets me pick her up and cuddle her that way and won't wriggle (but she will meow after awhile, so I put her down)
@litgym fish! I kind of want to get a fish but I have no money 😛 Dogs are beautiful! And affectionate too, they're so good at cuddles.
@N1ghtW1ng fish are actually quite cheap unless you get the fancy type and buy them the fancy tanks and stuff ! 
@Bee well actually my dog lives at my mums and my cat lives at my dads. but i know for a fact my dog wants to attack cats hahah.

Aww yes myy kitties are amazing. One of them is curled up on my knee scooter beside me atm 😛
That's so cute!!!! Ruby (my kitty) hasn't been coming in for cuddles as much anymore 😞 or scratched on my door for the past couple of days.

My cats fur are all so soft! And my girls fur is so shiny! ❤️ I love that they are their own personality and so cheeky and funny 😛 I love to cuddle and pat my cats and play with them when they are playful, I also like to take photos, because they are so pretty!
@N1ghtW1ng my cats sometimes sleep on my feet too!
3. What do you think the benefits are to having a pet?
beyond physical comfort i think pets (esp cats and dogs) act as a good reminder to live in the present 🙂 people get caught up in their worries all the time and i think looking at your pet and knowing that they live a great life with just a full belly, lots of pets and warm napping places reminds us to also take it easy and scale down on the anxiety
@DirtWitch these are old photos but I haven't got any recent ones on my laptop from my phone yet, and if I do, I'm too lazy to find them haha 😛

@Bee your precious babies are so cute! i also love the balancing-items-on-the-cat game 😛 my mom and i make it into a contest to see who can balance the most things on my cat before she wakes up
4. If you could pick any animal to be domesticated and become your pet, what would you pick?
5. How do you make sure pets are happy?
I ensure they are fed and have clean water, I ensure they get time outside because they love it, and ensure they get lots of pats and talk to them when I'm with them. They are happy with that 🙂
