Help (again)?

So, unrelated to my last post, and I basically just want some reassurance, but I think I need some help. I'm not ok at the moment and am feeling really down. My mental health (I'm bipolar and have manic episodes all the time) is really bad. I think I'm like hallucinating and I feel like something is trying to get me. Everything's moving! I have taken my meds this morning, but am on a camp atm so don't have access to more (now) when I could really use them. Any tips on how to help myself? Also, I'm feeling really stuck and very alone with things, and killing myself seems to be a really good option right now (I know I shouldn't though) anyways, any help?

Thanks @N1ghtW1ng! Very helpful once again.
And @Kaz-RO, I have recently re started some new meds and I didn't take them all day, so that was it. I'm totally OK now, my meds have kicked back in and working like a charm! So greatful for everyone on here 🙂

@Sophie-RO,
Maybe I could... I don't know. I just feel so out of it that I don't want to bring others into it.
I already know all the numbers of like everyone that could help if I get to a point where I want to end things. I'm not yet there just a thought at this time. I'll have a look at the stuff you've suggested. Thanks

Hey @MJG, correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like these symptoms are pretty unusual for you. Do you think some of what you're experiencing could be side effects from your meds, or withdrawal if you haven't taken your dose on time? Is there anything about your current meds situation that's been unusual?

It's difficult to share when we are struggling with other people @MJG, but it can also be a great help. Online and phone services can often be anonymous, they can be very helpful when you are just starting to open up because you don't know them, and it makes it easier.

You can do this, @MJG. If you start to feel overwhelmed too, try breathing exercises. Slow, deep breathing and just focus on nothing but that. Try the 5 things I see, 5 things I hear and so on to help ground you as well, if that is something that might help you.

You can do this. 🙂

Hey @MJG, it's really great that you thought of us while you are having such a diffcult time. What you're describing is pretty serious so I was wondering if you could talk to someone at camp about what you are experiencing? You don't need to deal on your own.

If you have access to your phone and you are thinking about suicide, I'd also really encourage you to webchat with Suicide Call Back Service or even call them, we want ot keep you safe and to get those thoughts of dying under control.

From what you have said it sounds like you don't have aplan to end your life, is that right?

Please try some of the activities here and also check out info like this,though the main thing is that you talk to someone around you about what you are experiencing.....
