Why Wont The Crying Stop
I had a good day yesterday, I was smiling and happy and thought I was done crying. Then I woke up this morning and the tears won't stop. I don't know why, I can't stop them. I just want them to stop. I have these little breaks, and then out of nowhere I start to cry, and for hours I'll sit there or lay down and cry.

I am sorry to hear that your having some trouble today. I go through the same thing, sometimes I cry for absolute no reason even though I had a great day the day before. I find that when I am really tired and worked for too long on something that I cry annd get myself worked up. I also find a good cry for me at least is like a body reset getting all my stressors out.
Have you been stressed or tired lately?
Hey @NR2045 I'm really sorry to hear that you've been crying so much. It's so hard to not know where they are coming from and to not be able to stop them. You mentioned that yesterday you were smiling and happy and now you're crying again. Could I ask if anything's happened that's making you cry so much recently?
