Feeling Down About Study

Hi everyone! I just wanted to post to see how everyone is travelling with their studies? 📚

 

I know sometimes study can get overwhelming and I have recently felt down regarding my study. I was feeling as if I wasn’t doing a good enough job.

 

I just wanted to remind everyone that it is okay to not feel positive about your study all the time. When feeling like this, it’s important to practice some self-care and remind yourself that you are doing the best you can.

 

Remember there are supports out there for everyone such as these online forums. Feel free to reach out at anytime!

Thanks for this post! I hope you are doing well with your studies and mental health. Things can get really rough and stressful these days and I often find that students can be hard on themselves and that we get a lot of societal pressure to always perform our best.

 

Thank you for reminding people that it's okay to not be at the top, and that we should remember to take care of ourselves along the way.

I've actually been feeling the same way with my studies lately, it feels like a lot is happening with assignments/exams at once which is pretty overwhelming. Thank you for the reminder, I'll definitely try to remember it !
