Today I practiced self care by taking a break from my assignment for some fresh air. How did you practice self care today?

I practice self care by catching up on my favourite Netflix shows (currently watching House of Cards) and reading.
I practiced self-care this morning by treating myself to a nice hot cup of matcha. I don't know if anyone else believes this, but I think it is so soothing/healing to take your time sipping a hot drink, acknowledging the flavours, and warming your hands with the cup/mug (especially when it's cold!); it's a good way of drawing you back to the present 😊
Lately, I have been practising self-care by taking crochet breaks between my exams to let my brain rest a bit (one more exam to go!!). I've been making smaller projects that I feel like I can accomplish and making lil things for friends:)
Today, I practiced self-care by cooking a fun new meal for dinner, playing some video games, having a deep and meaningful conversation with a coworker, and journaling.
Today I practiced self care by making sure the house was in order for the new week tomorrow. I also did some reading
hanging out with my friend and getting lunch together so we can have a break from exam revision.
