Hi @StarLord
Staying focused can be hard to do when there is a lot you want to attend to. Especially when it comes to going on the Internet because we have a tendency to open more than one tab.
Like others have said, writing a list and setting a time limit might help you stay focused on the task at hand. It might even help to write one goal that would like to achieve within a certain time frame like, "I'm going spend 20 minutes reading this article and extracting the ideas from it".
Personally, I know that I open a lot of tabs when I'm finding specific information. Who hasn't asked Google a question and open most of the links on a new tab?
So when I do open a lot of tabs in search of information, I find it helpful to close a tab when I'm finished with it. If there's information on that tab that I want to remember, I write it down on paper or copy and paste it on a word doc. So maybe doing that might help you feel less overwhelmed when it comes to surfing the net.
Hope that helps. 🙂
