@Anzelmo I love this thread so much, it made me smile reading these. 

3 things I like about me:

1. I like my willingness to keep going even during the tough times
2. I like my kind-heartedness 
3. I like that I'm willing to give up things for what's important to me and that I be firm about it.

3 things I appreciate in others:

1. I appreciate when others share their similar experiences or empathise with what others are going through to show support
2. I appreciate when others smile or compliment a stranger or cashier 
3. I appreciate when others are kind to themselves, others, animals and the world
