It sounds like a tough situation where you get blamed for something you weren't trained in. That's totally unfair and the fact that your colleagues didn't even approach you. I'd imagine that would add to the stress. I think the situation is not your fault and it reflects poorly on the management to be honest.

 

It sounds like there's a lot on your plate and I can see that someone else has suggested mindfulness which is great. Since it seems like a lot is happening for you and you might be worried/nervous, I find it useful to write in my journal about all my feelings and thoughts, so that I can de-stress and externalise a lot of the stress. 

 

I hope you don't put too much pressure on yourself. I wonder if there's maybe one co-worker who you think you could talk to and get some support? I find verbal reassurance and just talking to someone (either a co-worker or friend) to help ease a lot of the stress i put on myself.
