@Hozzles I am so, SO delighted and excited for you!! Congratulations, you deserve to be SO proud of yourself. You've shown so much perseverance and courage. YAY!!
I can definitely understand the wave of emotions that came after you submitted, I know it's easy to say and hard to do, but I hope you're able to be compassionate with yourself and recognise what a mountain you've climbed.
I'm truly so sorry to hear that you had such an unhelpful experience calling a crisis line - I'm so glad that KHL were much more helpful and that you were able to find some strategies to keep yourself safe as well as managing to get your assignment in- seriously, that shows so much courage and strength, and you deserve to be so damn proud of yourself for that. If you want to give that feedback to LL, I think that would be something they would really want to hear- but I also can understand that is a whole bunch of emotional labour that you may not want to get in to.
@Hozzles do you have any plans for today? I hope you can do something really, really nice for yourself- you deserve it!! So happy for you.
P.S. I think @Tiny_leaf 's suggestion of a book club is a great one! I've started reading much more again recently, and I've joined a bookclub (though haven't made it to a meeting yet lol), it's lovely to even have little online chats with fellow book lovers.
