Hey @Lost_Space_Explorer5, It sounds like you were going into the appointment today expecting for some changes to happen and when you walked out with the same old results, it sounds like it was a real let down. I can understand spiraling and not knowing what to do, because it sounds like you have made your concerns clear and you have to live with the pain. Did you psych give a reason as to why you need to wait until after exams to change the meds? If you change the dosages yourself would it impact your life in a negative way? Being in pain sucks, I'm wondering though if changing the dosages now will make things worse for you in another way?
