Hi @Lost_Space_Explorer5 , I'm so sorry to hear that last night was such a hard one. I can see how hard you're working at staying safe, and I'm really glad that you posted here about how you were feeling last night. Reading this does have me feeling a bit concerned about you, so I'll be sending you an email later in the morning. I can hear how frustrating your appointment with the psychiatrist was, and I can only imagine how exhausting and distressing it must be living with chronic pain like you do.  We are all here for you @Lost_Space_Explorer5 , and we are here to listen.
