First - I wanted to acknowledge what a generous and wonderful thread this is from you- THANK YOU. It's been a rough trot for you all and I know how hard you have worked to keep on getting up as these challenges arise. You're an amazing person and I hope you can take some time to reflect on how far you've come.
My favourite sanity saver activities in lockdown are still some of my fave self care things:
Experimenting with new recipes
And hiking

and of course my final activity is a family one.
