Gosh, that definitely does sound like a sticky one indeed... firstly, I'm so sorry to hear that you've been so unwell. Are you feeling better now?
I'm hearing that things got pretty heated with your dad, and I am really sorry to hear that. If it's OK by you, I was wondering if you'd feel comfortable sharing a bit more about what happened?
You mentioned that your dad said he'd "hit you to death" if you cough or make a bit deal about stuff- that sounds like it would have felt pretty awful to hear. Is that something that happens often at home? Would you say that you generally feel safe when you're with your parents?
I hope you're feeling a bit better today @Love_elmo77 , I have definitely had times in my life where stuff hasn't been to great at home and I can really relate to those feelings of anxiety and stress.
