hey sorry you are feeling so bad the 2am-4am thoughts zone is the worst it is like your brain just decides to go through every possible terrible thing it can think of just for fun. brains are so rude sometimes. you dont have to decide what to do straight away you can always take some time to see where life takes you and how you are feeling. but it can be hard and very daunting. i hope your exam went well and that you can get some rest afterwards.
