lol one night with no sleep is ok but do be careful and watch out for the crash as for ideas to burn up energy hmmm cleaning is good or you can just run on the spot or jump up and down lol. and i think it is common for people who experience truama to not believe that is what it is i know for me the drs keep adding PTSD to my list and i keep saying no that isnt true they are wrong nothing that bad happened but my friend keeps reminding me that even though it was fairly recent it still counts and just because it wasnt the type of thing that most people think of as a truamatic incident doesnt mean it isnt one. so yeah i can relate and it is always harder to recognise in ourselves than someone else.
