Hey @Lost_Space_Explorer5 please feel free to take your time in replying to everyone. Burn out is a real and serious thing and sometimes we just need to look after ourselves. Sometimes we have the best of intentions and want to take on a lot at once, wishing and hoping that we can take it all on. There's no blame for that, try to be gentle with yourself and give yourself a break. Procrastination can be a stress managing tool. It seems counterintuitive to procrastinate to manage stress as it's the stuff that we put off doing that piles on the anxiety. Sometimes we just need to rest, let our rest be our best friend and find a new plan going forward. Is there a way to decrease your workload for next semester?
