Ugh my mum said something really horrible (like body shaming) about some people who were out walking and wearing certain 'exercise' clothes. She was like 'what's the point' and now I feel bad about the way I look and like I shouldn't go out for a walk 😢 I told her that what she said was horrible and said some mean things in a joking way to her like if you think X you shouldn't wear Y but like I was exaggerating and it was over a trivial things to show her it's stupid to judge people by their clothes because like clothes have a purpose. But now I'm feeling sad and have gone back to bed and don't want to go for a walk 😞
