Hey @Anonymous, it can be hard to listen to that part of you that knows best. I have learnt to try to trust that more as I get older but I know that a lot can get in the way and reaching out for support can be tricky. I am not sure in what ways you depend on your parents (e.g. transport, making appointments, financially) but you can visit your GP who can assess you for a mental health treatment plan. They can also refer you to a local psychologist or you can find your own. If you do qualify for a mental health treatment plan, then the sessions can be free or at a low cost. This website is a searchable database of psychologists. There are also Headspace centres which offer free counselling sessions. I hope that helps and if you have any questions, feel free to ask 😊
