Thank you for sharing that! I definitely relate to the pressures of feeling like you have the ambition and really want to do well, but then also feeling like you can't reach it, or feel anxious and worried about the future. The unknown can definitely have that effect. I'm really proud of you for venting and sharing everything here though- you have a community of wonderful people here willing to listen ♥️
I agree with the advice that others have already given you. I feel like although it's hard, it may help you to get professional help again. That comes in your own time though of course when you're comfortable with the idea. Do you have anything you try to do to relax yourself before going into any social situations? Or just any self-care things you like to do to get things off your mind? Sometimes I find that venting in a journal or writing things out that I keep repeating in my head makes things seem clearer. If it's negative thoughts, it can also be therapeutic to write it down and then rip it up or scrunch it up and put it in the bin.
