I try to shut down the thoughts leading up to nerve racking situations. I think more often than not it is unsuccessful because I don't often believe what I tell myself (eg. I'll reassure myself that it's a normal task free of harm etc.) and I think it makes me feel worse, like almost self deprecating. Listening to music mostly or venting to myself in the car actually helps as weird as that may be.

Writing everything all down and purging it does sound like a really good idea, I'll have to try that sometime haha. Hope you're taking care of yourself also ❤️
