That's okay! We're humans, but we're also animals! Whether hermits or otherwise. And sometimes our pincers (or claws, hooves, paws, hands etc.) need a break. As the great Oscar Wilde says, "Everything in moderation, including moderation." So sometimes a rest day can be a super rest day in bed all cocooned up (...like an insect?) 😋
