@Lost_Space_Explorer5 I couldn't agree more with @Eden1717 - I'm so glad your psychologist said that re: not apologising for setting boundaries.
I used to struggle a lot with boundaries because I found it really hard to feel like I was hurting or upsetting people.
But in the process of trying to create healthier boundaries, I read a meme that said "no is a necessary magic".
Sounds simple really, but it resonated with me because I realised boundaries are necessary - I was sacrificing my own wellbeing in order to try and prevent distress for others, but it didn't work (I wasn't the real cause of their distress) and it caused me distress.
I held onto that meme through a lot of times where setting boundaries felt so painful and scary, but so necessary.
You matter and your needs matter and it's so healthy to say that.
Likewise as Eden1717 says, I'm so sorry the lockdown is so hard - I'm also in lockdown and I agree it sucks; here's hoping the numbers start to go down soon.
