Hi @I_like_cows, it sounds like you are feeling a bit stuck at the moment. Gender identity can be a really tricky thing to figure out and like you have mentioned, it can often change. I really like what @Emily-RO said about there being no right or wrong way to be trans - I totally agree!

I have included a number of support services, resources and articles below. Some might resonate with you and others might not, that is okay too. Sometimes it helps to read about how others have figured things out and what has helped them. I am sure some of the community will jump in on your post soon 😄

  • Rainbow Door offers support over phone, text or email. They also offer additional rersources and information. QLife is another service that also offers webchat and phone support.
  • The Gender Centre has a booklet made for and by transgender youth.
  • Transhub has a number of different articles including 'the basics' and social, medical and legal affirmation which might help you navigate your own identity.
  • TelethonKids has a list of articles on gender dysphoria, coming out and medical transition. They also have a list of resources as well.
  • Minus18 has a range of articles about gender, identity, sexuality, coming out and more!
