I'm really sorry you're feeling like this. I can relate to feeling anxious or guilty when I feel like I'm not doing enough... But I think it's important to remember that it's ok to just rest and take care of yourself.
Using bed days or naps as a tool for our emotional and mental wellbeing is completely ok 😊 I have to sometimes remind myself that too~
