Opening up can be really tough, especially at first. I find it easier when you can talk over a nice cup of tea (bit harder with Covid though) or good food as it can be a bit more calming in such a tough situation. It's not as easy if you're in lockdown though. In saying that, it sounds like you have some really supportive friends in your life though. Dont forget that your not alone and we're always here if you want to chat 💜
