Hey @Betty123 it's great to hear that you have good friends, but I can relate that it's hard to talk about some things. For me, even though I know my friends care about me, I feel like sometimes I'm scared of saying the wrong thing.

Something that helped for me was writing down some notes about what I wanted to say first, so I could sort through my thoughts and have a small plan. Do you think that could help?
