I think it is a great idea to reach out and talk to someone. I also struggled with disordered eating when I was in my teen years. I know how it can consume your every thought and be exhausting. I'm so sorry that you're experiencing this.

 

I was able to get over my disordered eating with the support of my mum and a therapist under the mental health plan, it was a difficult and took many months. They helped me realise how scary and dangerous starving your body from food and nutrients is. It can have severe impacts on your long term physical health, emotional well-being and relationship with food.

 

I know it's scary, but the very best thing you can do is talk to someone you trust and book an appointment with your GP to find someone in your area who could support you professionally.
