Scans are always tough. I used to work in a hospital and I still get nervous when I am the patient all the time!
Unfortunately, I am almost the opposite of being punctual to a fault, I often stress out about being places on time, so I feel like I am on the other side of the coin to you! Both stressing but about different things haha.
I do have a very close friend of mine who is chronically late, however. They have gotten better at being on time recently and I remember having a conversation with them about it. They said the best things that helped them was:
- Having a constant bedtime and wake up time, so they naturally wake up and don’t have to rely on alarms most days.
- Keeping a clear diary of what they need to do during the week and checking that diary at the same time everyday.
- Reminding themselves mentally that they always have much less time to get to places than they think!
Maybe some of those tips could help you also? 😁
