Hi @Lost_Space_Explorer5 ,

Scans are always tough. I used to work in a hospital and I still get nervous when I am the patient all the time!

Unfortunately, I am almost the opposite of being punctual to a fault, I often stress out about being places on time, so I feel like I am on the other side of the coin to you! Both stressing but about different things haha.

I do have a very close friend of mine who is chronically late, however. They have gotten better at being on time recently and I remember having a conversation with them about it. They said the best things that helped them was:

  1. Having a constant bedtime and wake up time, so they naturally wake up and don’t have to rely on alarms most days.

  1. Keeping a clear diary of what they need to do during the week and checking that diary at the same time everyday.

  1. Reminding themselves mentally that they always have much less time to get to places than they think!

Maybe some of those tips could help you also? 😁
