Yeah that’s a good point, maybe we both are stressing about the same thing haha. Yeah, I also sometimes get issues with sleeping if I have to get up for something in the morning. I found progressive relaxation exercises, EFT (tapping) and meditation breathing exercises can help a lot when I can’t sleep. Also, strangely, accepting that even if I stay awake all night, I will be okay leads me to falling asleep…hmm
