It sounds like it’s been a confusing time for you and I’m sorry to hear the confusion is causing you so much distress.
We have some really good information on our website about sexuality here and here that might be worth reading if you're interested – there are also links to some LGBTQIA+ support services here if that's something you'd find helpful.
I totally agree with @Eden1717 that labels are only necessary if you find them helpful and you can go with whichever one/s feel right for you (or none at all).
There aren’t any rules about who you should be when it comes to your sexuality – people often talk about sexuality as a spectrum because it's as diverse as human beings - every person is different and sexuality can even can change for the same person in different relationships.
It’s completely okay to question, it’s okay to be uncertain and it’s okay to take your time.
I’d suggest being kind to yourself and trusting yourself. 💛
