Hey @Lost_Space_Explorer5 it takes time to get used to a new gig. There's always a chance of having bad days and sometimes people react by being vocal. Please remember you are only new and still training. Also remember that if you haven't studied psychology yet, so you still are gaining the education to help people. Even after years of being in the field there will always be someone who is triggered and who will respond unhappily, it's just the nature of the nature of the work. This is something that can be very hard to avoid on every occasion when dealing with people, so try to cut yourself some slack. As you go through your training you will learn how to pace the conversation, learn more about questioning techniques and when to allow for silence. Try and give yourself some time to get yourself off the ground and take flight in your career, these things happen.
