Hi @Anonymous sorry what's happened hear,
they don't sound like a nice group of friends.
I didn't personally experience the same things but I've had a few friends from a massive group we had from year 9 to year 12 and a few of the girls were although nice, were very protective and I think act similar and rational and would talk absolute shit about other friends from the group behind there backs to me and since then, there true colours have shown and our school group excludes the 2 out of the group as we know they're not very nice torwards everyone in the group.
These friends are not true friends if they're not including and you and you sound like an amazing person to be around and I would personally would love to talk to face to face once lockdown ends.
I have felt similar feelings with thinking about the past recently, especially with school and the nasty people I've hung out with and how bitchy and rude they were and at times I would also cry in the toilets away from the group cause I didn't think they cared.
I do hope you're feeling okay and you sound like a very strong person and I believe in you and what the world has to offer.
If you do feel you'd like to try or if you already do, try meditating from a specific app, I do recommend headspace as I use it all the time and I've been lacking self-confidence recently and does set the tone for the day or help release any anger, frustration, sadness, anxiousness in the my head.
Hang in there❤️
