I definitely think that writing down a few point before my next GP appointment will help me bring it up with them, I've never thought of that before. It may even benefit me to actually write down what im feeling. I've used eHeadspace before but not kids helpline, I'll have a look into it again though. Thank you so much for your advice! its definitely made me feel better about taking the next big step to getting help with this issue.
