That sounds like a good plan @Eden1717 It might be worth giving it a try if you want?
(here's a little more info about it if you want otherwise feel free to skip over this!)
Idk it's meant to show us that we can control our worrying more than we think (to a certain degree, though this doesn't apply to physical sensations I don't think) and like that we can worry intensely for as long as we like but nothing bad will happen? Idk that's the theory behind it. I kind of disagree with the nothing bad happening cause anxiety can cause stress and health problems but yeah I think the point is exposure to your worries so they're not as powerful? Like you have to commit to worrying for the full 15 mins or whatever even if you run out of worries or they don't cause as much anxiety anymore. And if you run out you just start from the beginning. Also you're meant to postpone your worried till worry time by writing them down on a list or something? And if they keep coming up you write them down again and commit to worrying about them? Anyway it's just an option you're right it might not help!

Umm I'm a bit worried that you can't say what the option is but I'm glad you're safe. If the option is what I think it is I think there are other options- but I appreciate it mightn't feel like that at the moment 😞
edit: also physical symptoms of anxiety suck! 😞 I'm sorry you're struggling with them at the moment
