Hey @Eden1717 , I'm sorry that uni stuff is so shit and stressful at the moment - I'm glad to hear you were able to take last night off. Anxiety can be so awful- like you said, those physical symptoms that won't go away can be super debilitating 😞 

 

Were you able to get some rest last night? 

 

It's a bit concerning to hear that you feel like you've only got one option - but we're glad to hear you were able to keep yourself safe last night. I can really relate to how all consuming uni stress can be when you're already dealing with so much other stuff-  my degree ended up taking me over a year longer than planned, for a bunch of reasons- and I remember feeling devastated when I had to drop some subjects really late one semester.

 

  At the time it felt like a colossal failure and I was so mad at myself- but now I look back and realise that I did the right thing in putting my physical and mental health first.  I may have graduated later than I wanted to, and it sucked seeing friends graduate before I did- but I'm also so proud that I made it. Shit happens to a lot of uni students- so many people I know took time out, often more than once- and universities are often surprisingly understanding.
