Hi @Eden1717 I'm so sorry to hear that you feel things are just getting worse and worse. I am hearing how hard and overwhelming things are right now but I can also hear how damn hard you are working to stay safe and grounded. That is a lot to be sitting with though, and I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through this at the moment. Is there anything that has helped things feel even a tiny bit better for you?
