ReachOut is trialing a new service where you can have a free, online chat session with a trained peer worker. This is a safe and confidential space for you to chat about anything that may be making you feel worried, stressed or down. Nothing is too small! Friendly peer workers will provide a judgement free space and can share some of their own experiences and thoughts with you if relevant.
Chat sessions will be on Discord, so you will need to use your existing account or sign up for a new one.
