That sounds really hard, I can see why that happened @Eden1717. I am glad that your case manager went through a safety plan with you. Do you think you will be able to raise some of the things that you are going through with your psychologist when you see them next? It seems like things are really scary for you at the moment, so it might be good to let someone know so that they are there in case you need them 🙂
