Thanks for updating us @Eden1717. Trying to manage all these feelings and pressures sounds exhausting. Correct me if I am wrong.. but it seems like you are trying to do what is right and what you think you should be doing right now which is making you feel quite overwhelmed. If you think it would help, maybe you could reduce some of this pressure by trying to have a snack that makes you feel nourished rather than a complex meal. Or give yourself permission to do what feels possible right now, like relaxing with some TV under the doona until you feel a bit better.
