What matters is that you're trying to chill out as best as you can. When you're already doing your best, we just try our best to be patient with ourselves. You don't have to explain it, sometimes feelings are just a lot and words don't do them justice. Continue listening to some music. Could also help to just sit in the shower and just feel the water, or have a cup of something that warms you up. Ride it out as best as you can tonight, I believe in you! Tomorrow is a new day.
