Hi @Orchid_Hummingbird it's nice to hear from you 🙂 As has already been said, breakups are so hard, and I'm sorry to hear that it affected you so much. The fact that you've realised that you're now ready to reconnect is so powerful and I'm proud of you for being at that stage.
It is really hard to think of where to start but sometimes it helps to look around at the activities that you used to do and what made you the most happy. For some people, just going on walks around new areas and seeing new people is enough to make them feel better. For other people, being part of a sports club is in their usual routine. Some people socialise through working, and others may join online groups about their interests and passions, for example on Discord. Can you remember what activities you used to do that made you feel connected?
