It can be really hard to break away from triggers and habits. First of all, I wanted to say that most (if not all) people will at some stage find breaking habits challenging. 

 

I find it helpful to make a list of the reasons why I want to break a habit, but also, to show myself kindness and acceptance for the behaviours that I'm engaging in. It's important not to shame yourself!
