Hey @Akinna , it’s awesome to see you reaching out to the community here for support! I hope that some of our community members are able to jump in soon. I have had a look online and found some resources that you might find to be helpful. Here and here are links to some support groups for those with Bipolar Disorder, and here is a page by the Black Dog Institute filled with some helpful resources. Hope they are helpful 😃.
