I had never heard of the term languishing before but after reading more about it I can definitely relate to feeling this way a few times before, as they say, 'feeling 'meh''. 

 

I've been trying out a new hobby which I've wanted to do for a long time. I've found it has helped a lot with getting excited and inspired. The time flies when I'm doing it which I feel is a great sign that I'm feeling more energised again.

 

I feel down when I struggle with motivation and wish I could do more, but try to remember to go easy on myself and take the time to reset, and then jump back into it when I feel ready. When I feel ready I try to remind myself to take it one step at a time and focus on one task at a time.
