Thank you @Bre-RO that's such a good point about my safety and it's something that my supervisors, as well as my psychologist, all affirmed when I talked to them about it. My psychologist reminded me that I need to balance my student's needs with my own, because if my needs aren't being met I can't help my student anyway. My supervisors said they are glad I came to see them and that they're committed to supporting me and finding strategies to make things better for me. we came up with a few small solutions for now, I am not sure if they will work but it feels better to at least know my supervisors have my back.
