Hi @Betty123 , year 11 is stressful! Well school is stressful generally, especiially when we're still readjusting to new pandemic plans and getting back face to face. 

You mentioned you couldn't fake it at school today. How did today go for you? I'm sorry you haven't been feeling how you want to feel, and having to fake it can make it even more difficult. Do you have anyone you could talk to and let your guards down for a while?
