I imagine is must be even more worrying when you don't understand why the panic attacks are happening again at the moment. Was there anything in particular that triggered them in the past? Maybe this is happening again without you realising?
I think it's great that you want to tell someone you trust, do you have any friends like that? You've mentioned that you feel like it's easier to keep it from your friends, but it sounds like actually you're feeling quite anxious about what will happen if you don't tell anyone. Do you think that maybe you'll actually feel better once you've gotten it off your chest and have some support and understanding with what you're going through at the moment?
When you had support from a professional in year 9, what were some strategies you had in place for when a panic attack happened?
