Hi @ReubenTheSatanist and welcome to the online community. I'm so glad that you reached out for some support.
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling sad all the time and as though you have nothing to look forward to. It can be really hard to keep moving forward when you're feeling like every day is a struggle, especially if you don't feel like you have anyone to talk to about what you're going through. Please know that you have an entire community here who is ready to listen and support you. You mentioned feeling as though you don't see a future for yourself because of your low moods - are you having any thoughts of suicide?
You also mentioned struggling to get along with your grandmother and grandfather, and that you don't feel like they are people that you can go to. First off, I want to say that it's totally okay to not feel comfortable going to them to talk. Sometimes the people in our lives that others think we should want to talk to aren't always the ones that make us feel seen and heard, so it's okay if that's the case. Is there anything in particular that makes them difficult to get along with?
It sounds like you are trying to manage a lot at the moment @ReubenTheSatanist , so I think it makes sense that at times your feelings of sadness might bubble over into anger. I hope you're being kind to yourself while you're trying to navigate all of these difficult emotions. What kind of things do you usually do to distract yourself or relax when you're feeling stressed out or sad/angry? When I feel that way, I try and swim. Sometimes it doesn't necessarily bring me joy, and I just feel like I'm going through the motions, but it feels good to do something that's good for my body and occupies my mind for a little while.
Hang in there @ReubenTheSatanist . You said you have much much more to discuss, and we are here to listen. You are not alone 💞
