Hello, I also find the mornings really hard! well done making positive steps towards a morning routine to set yourself up for the day. This is something I am always working on. For me its all about setting up  the night before no caffeine etc but also things like not starting into a movie or TV I will get hooked on and ignore my body's signals that its time for bed I find it easy to miss my sleepy ques and end up over tired and not able to get to bed early. Good luck in your morning routine journey
